Client dashboard
Default: onControls access to the client space. Other client capabilities require dashboard access.
Choose what each client can access in their Astro project. Separate conversations, preview and content permissions, while design, source code and content approval stay with your agency.
Gostrax separates client access from agency team access. Configure the client’s verified account in the project’s Clients workspace, then decide which tools belong in their space.
Clients with the appropriate permissions save text or article drafts. A draft is separate from the live website.
Your agency approves submitted content or returns it with a review note. The client cannot approve their own content.
An authorized publisher can queue approved changes after GitHub and Vercel are configured. Articles also require a template.
No. Client access is configured separately for a project, using the client’s verified account. It does not grant agency team membership or access to the agency’s development tools.
Client content permissions cover selected content actions. Design, layout and source editing remain in the agency workspace. Clients can ask the agency for design changes through their conversation.
No. The agency selects approved Astro pages when enabling text editing. The client prepares text drafts for those pages rather than receiving unrestricted source editing.
No. Draft review belongs to the agency. Publication permission applies to already approved changes and also requires the project’s publication setup.
Yes. Saving the same verified account updates its project permissions. The agency can also revoke that client’s project access.
One workspace for your agency. A dedicated space for your clients.
