Clients & permissions
Does a client need an account?
Yes. Configure access using the email of a verified client account. Client access is distinct from agency team membership.
What can I allow a client to do?
The nine permission groups cover dashboard access, preview, requests, viewing and exporting statistics, media uploads, article drafts, approved page text and publication.
Can clients change the site design?
The documented client workflow focuses on permitted content and approved pages. Design and source work remain agency tools.
What happens if dashboard access is disabled?
Client capabilities depend on dashboard access. Disabling it removes access to the client space and its dependent tools.
Does enabling statistics create real analytics?
No. Permission controls visibility of available information. Sample data is not a measurement of your project traffic.
Content & review
Does a conversation automatically edit the website?
No. Requests, drafts, agency review and publication are separate actions. Sending a message does not publish a website change.
What is the difference between saving and submitting a draft?
Saving retains a draft for further work. Submission sends it for agency review. The agency can approve or reject it with a review note.
Can clients approve their own drafts?
Client publication permission does not grant agency approval rights. Agency review is a separate step.
Which pages can clients edit?
For text drafts, the agency selects approved Astro pages. Text-edit permission needs that approved-page configuration.
