01

Check the project’s publication status

Open Clients → Publication. The Publishing workflow panel shows whether the setup is complete. Publication needs the project’s GitHub and Vercel connections and a configured, running content publication service.

02

Connect the publication destination

Connect the project to the intended GitHub repository and branch and its Vercel project. Check the selected destination before allowing anyone to publish.

03

Configure an article template

In Advanced agency settings, choose the Article directory and Agency Astro template. The template should use your project’s design and contain the title and body placeholders.

  1. Choose an article directory, for example src/pages/articles.
  2. Choose an Astro template path, for example src/templates/ClientArticle.astro.
  3. Include GOSTRAX_ARTICLE_TITLE as visible title text.
  4. Include GOSTRAX_ARTICLE_BODY as one visible text block.
  5. Use Save article template to store the settings.
04

Decide who can publish

Return to Access & permissions. Grant Publish approved changes only when the client should perform that action. Your agency can retain publication responsibility while still allowing the client to prepare drafts.

05

Follow the publication result

Review the publication status after queueing an approved change. Confirm the preview checks and deployment result before treating the content as live. If the workflow reports a failure, resolve the reported issue before retrying.

  1. For incomplete setup, check connections, service readiness and article settings.
  2. For stale or ambiguous page text, recheck the target and current source.
  3. For build or deployment failures, review the project configuration and reported checks.
