Prepare and review content drafts
Understand saved drafts, submission for agency review, review notes and the difference between approval and publication.
Early access guide · Updated 5 October 2026Prepare a permitted content draft
In the client space, open Content drafts. Clients with the relevant permission can prepare article content or text for an approved page, then use Save draft.
- For text changes, select an approved page and identify the original text accurately.
- For articles, prepare the title and body within the article draft form.
- Check the proposed content before saving it.
Submit the draft for review
Submit the saved draft to the agency. A submitted draft enters the review state rather than becoming a published change.
Review as the agency
Open the client space through the project’s agency preview and inspect the submitted content. Use the review controls to approve it or reject it with a review note.
- Check the wording and whether the change is within the agreed page or article scope.
- Leave a specific review note when the content needs changes.
- Approve only the version you intend to move into publication.
Understand the draft states
Draft means saved content. Review means submitted for agency review. Approved means reviewed content that may be eligible for publication. Rejected means the agency did not approve that content.
Move from approval to publication
Publication is a separate action. An authorized publisher can queue approved content only after the project’s publishing workflow has been configured.
